CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Classes may be canceled at the discretion of me, your event host. This rarely happens – but in that extremely rare event that it does, you will receive a 100% refund.
 

Classes with attendance below 7 will be canceled. Don’t be sad! You can either get a class credit for a future class or a full refund! I will let you know if your class has low attendance 7 days before the event is canceled so that you can find other plans for that day.

Covid / General Cancellation Policy for In-Person Classes

Note - My classes no longer require masks but will follow the current recommendation by the Memphis government and health organizations so mask mandate is subject to change.

Class Masking Policy
You will not be required to wear a mask throughout the class; however, you can choose to wear a mask if you prefer. Each station is disinfected along with the venue before and after your event.

Showing Symptoms Before 5 Days Out
If you are sick prior to the 5-day refund cutoff, you can cancel for a full refund. Contact me at auntkimmysbakery@gmail.com to advise you are sick and to request a refund.

Showing Symptoms After 5 Days Out
For any sickness symptoms prior to your class start time but after the 5-day refund policy, please email me (auntkimmysbakery@gmail.com) prior to your class start time and I’ll give you a credit for the next class!

You Don't Show Up or Email Prior To Class
If I do not hear from you before your class start time and you do not show up for class, I will not be able to offer you a refund or a credit regardless if you are sick. So please reach out to me (auntkimmysbakery@gmail.com) if you are feeling sick before class starts!
